    We talk about your environment, your main pain points and whether a diagnosis makes sense for you.

  2. Fixed-scope proposal

    You receive a written proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables and price before anything starts.

  3. Diagnosis

    I review your environment over 2 to 4 weeks and keep you updated on what I find.

  4. Results presentation

    You receive the report and the action plan, and we go through them together in a 60-minute session.
